In today's day and age, people are becoming busier every day. The more obligations you have, the more stressful it is for you. Dealing with stress and anxiety is not easy, but with a few simple steps, you can become a calm and more relaxed person.

1- Strengthen Your Relationship With Allah

2-Strengthen your relationship with your family
